1. Program Description

Kinetiq Labs operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with individuals who have explicitly opted in to receive text messages from us. Message types include:

2. How to Opt In

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Kinetiq Labs by checking the SMS opt-in checkbox on our contact form at kinetiqlabs.net/contact. The checkbox is not pre-checked and is entirely optional. Providing your mobile number without checking the SMS opt-in box does not constitute consent to receive text messages.

Message frequency varies. You may receive messages in response to specific inquiries, or periodically as part of ongoing service communications. We do not send unsolicited promotional blasts.

You may opt out of SMS messages from Kinetiq Labs at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Our SMS program is supported by most major U.S. wireless carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and US Cellular.

Carrier disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier's network availability and coverage.

8. Privacy

Your mobile number and SMS consent data are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. SMS opt-in data will not be shared with, sold to, or rented to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Your mobile number may be shared only with messaging service providers and aggregators (carriers and SMS platform vendors) that we use solely to deliver messages on our behalf.
